I ordered birthday flowers for my mother and the flowers themselves were fresh and beautiful, and they were delivered on time which I really appreciated. My mom was very happy to receive them, which is what mattered most. That said, I was a little surprised by the overall size of the arrangement considering the total price of about $125 with delivery, as it seemed smaller than expected for that price point. I was also expecting the arrangement to come in the watering jug container that was shown when I ordered. When I called the shop, I was told the jug was out of stock, which I understand can happen, but it would have been helpful to know that ahead of time since the container was part of what made the arrangement appealing. Overall the flowers were lovely and my mom enjoyed them, but I just wanted to share that feedback for future orders.
